26 months in third use French oak barrels and it rests in bottle until its presentation.
The Nebbiolo of Baja California from the “Cascabel” vineyard interpreted by Vinisterra. Dark and shinny ruby red color, intense aromas such as blue fruit, black plum, box of cigars, some spices as well as cinnamon, anise, asphalt, wet dirt. Very concentrated to the palate with a lot of personality, fruits such as berries, cassis and mineral notes, full bodied wine. Very present and well integrated strong tannins but at the same time elegant, refreshing and strong-long finish. Ready to drink now and it can be kept in cellar up to 10 years.
