Inside stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15°C (59°F), in direct contact with the lees for 3 months.
A summer wine, especially for fresh seafood, appetizers and barbecues. It has a light pink color with aromas of red fruits, bananas, marshmallow, peach and mineral notes. In the mouth can be found fruit flavors, wet stone and graphite. It is a light bodied wine, medium presence and mineral finish.
Great for appetizers such as cold cuts, salads, seafood, vegetables, grilled meat, pastas or any dishes with fresh tomato, fresh and aged cheese.
Recommended temperature of 10º C
