Dominó Blanc de Noirs

  • VARIETALS: Grenache 55%, Cinsault 42%, Viognier 3%
  • ORIGIN: San Antonio de las Minas in Guadalupe Valley and Santo Tomás Valley

Inside stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15°C (59°F), in direct contact with the lees for 2 months.

A wine from the coast. It is a fruity, mineral and dry wine, special for seafood. Yellow shiny straw color, with aromas like guava, white pulp fruits and with a subtle floral and mineral notes. It is a light bodied wine with medium presence, fresh and well balanced. Recommended for appetizers, and by itself, it is a noble accompany for food. Its freshness is perfect with the seafood products of Baja California.

Fresh seafood, white fish, fruit salads, fresh and aged cheese or as an appetizer.

Recommended temperature of 10º C
